I'm an RYT-200. When I'm not working, pondering the universe or rolling out my yoga mat, you can usually find me somewhere peaceful. With my toes in the sand.

Yes, you have a third eye. We all do. The third eye – or mind's eye, as I like to think of it – is one of seven chakras, or energy wheels, that exist along the body's meridian. Also called the ajna chakra, it offers intuit and wisdom about life and the world around you.
